The Foundation for Positively Kids is a local non-profit organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was established in 1999 by Fred Schultz, CEO of Positively Kids, to meet the growing need for specialized care for medically fragile and/or developmentally delayed children in Southern Nevada.

Positively Kids is committed to providing an environment that will have a positive effect on the growth and development of medically fragile children living in Clark County.
